We are currently using your service desk for our clients to report issues, and we've had a few clients complaining that when they are hitting the backspace key to edit the content they've entered, it takes them back a page and they loose everything.

If there could be an "are you sure" message that appears before it takes them back a page, or something like that, then this would hopefully solve the problem.
