Hi, I am using a service desk for Wastelogics which is using your infractuctuer :

I have several times now lost copy and attachments entered when creating tickets by using the back space key when attempting to edit text in-between actions like adding attachments that can result in deselecting the text box - which has resulted in be backspace key instructing a Brower back leaving the page with no challenge/prompt to confirm this is desired after entering continent.  Could a request/challenge please be added.
