Summary

When username have capital letter, user can't be added as request participant

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit username with capital letter. For example Abc
2. Share the issue to user from Customer Portal

Expected Results

Able to share to user.

Actual Results

Return 400 error in console.

Notes

It also happen when capital letter in the middle of the username.

Workaround

Edit the username to lower case.
