Option to hide "Don't Notify Me" link from Customer Portal

      Problem Definition

      Currently, customer have option to disable notification for specific issue. But, this is crucial if the business doesn't want to allow their customer to disable notification.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide option to remove the link and don't allow customer to disable notification.

      Why this is important

      Customer need to get all notification.
