      Problem Definition

      Requests created via widgets are registered to Created by com.atlassian.servicedesk.embedded
      The notification emails that the end users receive show the sender as com.atlassian.servicedesk.embedded - this too is potentially problematic for some email system that are expecting email notifications to come from a specific email address and name, such as a the email address that sent the message.

      Suggested Solution

      Set the creator as reporter instead
      Or provide an option to allow a JSD admin to set the value of the sender for these messages.

      Why this is important

      As the creator is set as com.atlassian.servicedesk.embedded, the From address of the notification will be sent from com.atlassian.servicedesk.embedded
