    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

When a user emails the support email address, the user is then added to the customer list for the project. We would like to be able move that user to an organization in the project. Either with drag and drop or a "move" option for the user. The ticket allows for an organization to be added to it, but it does not affect the user. We'd like to be able to move the user so if in the future they log in, they are only seeing tickets for their organization and not all open tickets.

Reason this needs to be a thing is another Jira issue with not being able to change organization default shared notification for the 1st org you create to private vs public. Default and non-changable setting is public. So I need to create a new org now for this company now delete them or remove/add....

Please add this. This takes hours every day to fix all user that is in the wrong place.

admins need to be able to move users/customers from on org to the root of the customer list. The main reason for this: if a form is submitted via the portal, the entire org can be notified of the submission. Also, if the org is added to an issue, the org is notified.

            Silly "feature" remove it.

If a customer is not part of an org, this feature is "disabled".

A lot of customers get displayed with their name and not the email address. I know in which organizations the users belong, but I can't move them into the correct organization. This leads to a variety of permission problems, because users can't see each others requests and cannot approve and so on.

It prohibits the usage of JSD. Any idea how to handle this problem?

            Why isn't this available now?

I am quite surprised this isn't possible yet.
