Renamed users are unable to transition issue from the Customer Portal

      When customers try to transition issues from the Customer Portal they get an error on some transitions.

      Notes

      This is actually cased by the Jira Toolkit Plugin, by its Username of last updater or commenter module, and it's exactly the same issue as https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/JTOOL-238
      However the fix to the bug above was just pushed to the Server version of the plugin, whereas the Cloud version is still affected by this.
