Description
Summary
Attachments added via email size displays as 0.0KB, when selecting the list view option to display attachments on a ticket.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ticket within Jira Service Management
- As a reporter, request participant or agent reply to a notification with an attachment, such as a JPG image file ensuring it is added as a comment
- Using the ⋯ buttons in attachments, select Switch to list view
Clicking on the attachment itself will open it up and the correct size is displayed in the upper left corner:

Expected Results
The size column accurately displays the file size of the attachment.
Actual Results
Attachments that were added via email are showing 0 B for the file size.
Notes
- Downloading the file would return the file with the actual size.
- A 0.0Kb sized file indicates a file is empty/corrupted refraining users from downloading the file.
Workaround
Add attachment via Issue view/portal
