    Description

      Summary

      Condition does not work when comparing to a string.
      When adding Request type to compare, it does not match.

      Steps to Reproduce

      On the workflow, on the transition to "In progress" add a Condition with the configuration below:

      Field: Request Type (Customer Request Type Custom Field)
      Condition: !=
      Value: Any request type
      Comparison Type: String

      Expected Results

      The button to transition the status to "In progress" should not appear until the request type is changed.

      Actual Results

      The transition appears and status can be changed.

      Notes

      It does not work if adding the value as a number or option ID as well.
