I have been tasked to setup a known errors database on confluence. I am unaware of the process that the user would need to carryout to raise a knowledge article and also what are the minimum fields that they can fill out.
Then following that what is the process for the problem manager to ensure that this is entered into the database and subsequently kept up to date.
Are there set templates that are used and also do you have any product demos for the specific query.
