Summary

Using Screen Reader NVDA with Firefox is not working as expected with Select List (single choice) custom fields.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Screen Reader NVDA
2. Create a Select List (single choice) custom field
3. Through the portal, use NVDA during the ticket creation and the software will not mention the field's name nor mentioned that the field is optional

Expected Results

Screen Reader NVDA with Firefox should be able to read the field name as well as mentioned if the field is required or optional

Actual Results

NVDA reader doesn't recognize fields name and read only the fields options. Also, NVDA doesn't recognize if it's a required or optional field.
