Changing the portal name does not update the name in portal if project default language is not configured

Summary

When a portal name is edited but no default language is selected for the project, the portal would show the original portal name before it was edited.

Environment

• JIRA Service Desk version - 1000.2196.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the Default language in System > General configuration to English
2. Create an SD project, set the portal name eg: Portal one
3. Edit the portal name to something else eg: Portal 1
4. Set the user profile preferred language to Automatically detect browser setting. Make sure your browser setting is English.
5. Access the portal and view the portal name

Expected Results

Portal name is displayed as Portal 1

Actual Results

Portal name is displayed as Portal one

Notes

This bug only occurs if the default language is English which is not an available language for the project Language Support. The only available languages are English (United States) or English (UK)

Workaround

Configure a default language for the project in the Language Support
