Summary
JSD customers are not able to view tickets they created, added as participant or shared with organization in the My request or All request list.
Environment

- JIRA Service Desk version - 1000.2161.0
Steps to Reproduce
- Raise a request on behalf of a restricted portal only customer.
Expected Results
The customer (who is the reporter) is able to see the request in the list of "my request"
Actual Results
The customer (who is the reporter) is not able to see the request in the list of "my request"
Workaround
Customers can access the requests/tickets through a direct link to the portal request.
