Description
Summary
When the user has set the default language as Czech or if the user uses preferred language as Czech in the customer portal profile, some of the translation remains in English in the request view page of the customer portal
Steps to Reproduce
- Ensure the Language Support has set Czech language set as default or the use preferred language to view the portal is in Czech language
- Create a request in the service desk portal with summary and description > Click on the My Request option from the Requests drop-down menu
- Click on request that you have just created and it will bring you to the full view page
- In this page, you will notice that the system update on the ticket such as Created at and Automatic Response are in the English language despite choosing Czech language.
Expected Results
The user should be able to see the full translation of the page in Czech language for the request view.
Actual Results
The user is does not get the full translation of the page in Czech language for the request view of the page.
Workaround
None, the existing language support translation does not allow for the user to change system update translations in the request view.
