Description
Problem Statement
The documentation for "Editing and Collaborating on issues" still suggest that you can restrict comments in a Service Desk project by individual Project Roles and Groups, which is not correct.

Restrict a comment
Follow the instructions for editing a comment above. In the edit dialog, click the lock icon and choose the group or project role to restrict the comment to.
There is no such restriction since comments can only be restricted by the buttons "Comment internally" or "Share with customer".
