Summary
When the Request Type exceeds a certain number of characters in Edit Issue screen, Request Type displays on top of Customer Status. If It switches to a screen with a wider resolution, then the problem goes away.
Environment
JSD: v3.3.0-OD-1000.1948.0
Screen resolution: 1280 x 1024
Steps to Reproduce
create a request type that has at least 13 characters > raise a request > open the issue through the queue
Expected Results
The issue is presented normally
Actual Results
When checking the "Service Desk Requests" panel at the right-bottom the field Request Type displays on top of Customer Status.
Notes
It only happens on the "New JIRA experience".
Workaround
Change your display settings to a wider resolution.
