Submitting email with same image name in existing ticket will display different image with the same name

      Summary

      Submitting email with same image filename as existing image attachment in Service Desk ticket will result in displaying

      Steps to replicate

      1. Create a Service Desk Ticket
      2. Submit a comment through email which contains image A with filename Capture.jpg
      3. Submit a comment through email which contains image B with filename Capture.jpg

      Actual Result

      Image A will be for showing up for 1st and 2nd Comment
      After a while and refresh, Image B will be for showing up for 1st and 2nd Comment and stays.

      Expected Result

      Image A displays for 1st Comment
      Image B displays for 2nd Comment

      Workaround

      Specify a unique image filename before submitting comment
