Summary
Submitting email with same image filename as existing image attachment in Service Desk ticket will result in displaying
Steps to replicate
- Create a Service Desk Ticket
- Submit a comment through email which contains image A with filename Capture.jpg
- Submit a comment through email which contains image B with filename Capture.jpg
Actual Result
Image A will be for showing up for 1st and 2nd Comment
After a while and refresh, Image B will be for showing up for 1st and 2nd Comment and stays.
Expected Result
Image A displays for 1st Comment
Image B displays for 2nd Comment
Workaround
Specify a unique image filename before submitting comment
