Summary

When moving a ticket from project to another there are some fields which might have invalid values for a new project - Organisation, Participants, Approvers. For example, when users in those fields dont' have access for both projects. There should be an option during move to update those fields during move

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create issue in on JSD project with filled up Organisation, Participants, Approvers fields
2. Move the ticket to another JSD project which doesn't have same customer base

Expected Results

User should see fields, which need to be updated and decide either update the fields or grant access to the project for those users

Actual Results

The ticket will have all fields fill up with the wrong values (users will not see this ticket and will not get notification about it update).

Workaround

Clean up those fields manually after move
