Ability to agents see all the requests through the customer portal

      Problem Definition

      The agents of a service desk project do not have the ability to see all the requests through the customer portal, they're only able to see with the link or if added as participant.

      Suggested Solution

      Add an option similar to the "share requests with organization" to the agents, but instead of organizations only, grant the ability to see all the requests of the project and sort them as desired.
