Prerequisites:
Have JSD project and Organizations to be set
Steps:
1. Issues-> Search for issue -> Choose only JIRA issues (without JSD) -> Bulk change ->
2. Choose Issue - Choose only JIRA issues (without JSD)
3. Choose Operation - Edit Issue
4. Operation Details -> Unavailable Actions -> Find here "Change Organizations" and "Change Request Type"
Actual behavior:
The note for the Organizations and Request Type field is insufficient, cause I do have a Service Desk and I'm an administrator too:
- Change Organizations

Expected behavior:
If the selected issues are Jira-based, not JSD, I'd prefer to see message with similar meaning to "Bulk editing for Service Desk Organizations is not supported in JIRA Project"
