Summary

When sending an email that contains an Excel file with a Russian file name to JSD, the attachment fails to be processed and below message is attached to the Description of the issue instead:

An error occured while attaching Заявка на организацию командировки по России(гостиница)Жадушкин 1.xlsx: Unable to record temporary attachment in your session. Please reload the page and try again.

In log(this can be seen on splunk at rate ~29 events/7 days):

1. Enable email request in JSD project
2. Send an email with Заявка на организацию командировки по России(гостиница)Жадушкин 1.xlsx as attachment to the email request
