      Summary

      In customer portal of JIRA cloud service desk some characters are incorrect

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. set the language of the user profile as French
      2. in a service desk project, go to customize customer portal
      3. the phrase "Which of the following best describes what you need help with?" has an invalid character in French

      in English:

      Expected Results

      The characters appear normally.

      Actual Results

      An invalid character is shown
