Description
Dear Support,
Please can you advise how to use the same functionality of "Comment Internally" in the "JIRA Cloud" mobile application ?
Additionally when you are changing the status of the ticket in JIRA Service Desk web version (such as "Pending" button) another screen opens where the agent can add comment before changing the status. In the mobile app, the status is changed directly without having any screen popup for comment. Please can you advise.
