Problem
When customers send a request via email, attaching two images with the same file name, JIRA will not display the images correctly.
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Send an email to the support email address with two images attached with the same file name.
Expected result
Two different images will be uploaded and displayed.
Actual result
Two images are uploaded, however, they look exactly the same in the Customer Portal. In JIRA all the images appear correctly under Attachments but in the Comments tab, the attachments seem to be the first one added.
Workaround
Upload images only with different file names.
