Description
Summary
Anonymous access to Knowledge Base on Anonymous Portal access have broken image and link.
Steps to reproduce
Create Space with anonymous view permission
- Go to Confluence
- Create Space
- Create page
- Add image
- Add Content by label macro
- Publish
- Go to Space tools
- Permissions
- Set Anonymous to have viewing Permission
Set the Customer permissions
- Under Who can access the portal and send requests to SD project?
- Select Anyone can send a request without logging in
- Click on change the Global settings.
- Under Can customers access and send requests from the help center without logging in?
- Select Yes
Link Knowledge base with Service Desk Project
- Create Service Desk Project
- Go to Project Settings
- Click on Knowledge base
- Select Link to a Confluence space
- Select Confluence application and space
- Click on Link
- On the Access > Viewing
- Select "Anyone can read articles without a Confluence license, and people can discover knowledge base content via search engines. Anonymous access is turned on in the Confluence space and global permissions."
Access the Portal and View the Knowledge Base
- Open other browser or incognito mode
- Go to the Customer Portal eg. https://<instance>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
- Search for the Knowledge Base page
Expected Result
Knowledge Base image and link shows correctly
Actual Result

- Clicking on links (Content by Label Macro) within the Knowledge Base shows the error:
