Summary

No data returned from REST API call on some SD custom fields. It happened for these two types of custom field:

• sd-sla-field (i.e Time to Resolution)
• vp-origin (i.e Customer Request Type)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new SD issue
2. Run https://<instance URL>/rest/api/latest/issue/<issue key or ID> to get details from issue in step 1

Current Results

Getting The REST API JSON builder is not available via OSGi message

Expected Results

It should return the data of that custom field.
