Steps to Reproduce

Please note that this does not occur for every user

1. Log into Cloud instance with user experiencing the issue (with either basic authentication or via UM - Login as User)
2. Navigate a JSD project: Top menu > Project > Service Desk > Click on a SD project
3. Unable to navigate to the Main Project Page: https://<EXAMPLE>.atlassian.net/browse/<EXAMPLE-KEY>

Expected Results

To be able to access the Project Page

Actual Results

In Chrome:

This page isn’t working

<example>.atlassian.net redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.

Workaround

• Paste the JIRA Service Desk project queues URL to a new browser tab: <example>.atlassian.net/projects/<jira_service_desk_project_key>/queues . For example: domain.atlassian.net/projects/CORE/queues. After that you won't see the error again when you access the project from the project list.
