Help and instructions content not visible on Request Type Form

      Summary

      Help and instructions entered on a Request Type form are not being displayed within the Customer Portal when filling out/viewing the form.

      Environment

      • JIRA Service Desk v3.2.0-OD-03

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Request Type on a JSD project
      2. Click to Edit fields of the Request Type
      3. Add content to the Help and instructions field
      4. When saved, click View this request form to observe no instructions visible

      Expected Results

      Help and instructions content entered by project administrator should be visible at the top of the form.

      Actual Results

      Content is not visible.
