We are about to launch Jira Service Desk, and have just rolled out the Testing Phase with selected customers. And almost immediately there are complaints on the Password policy Settings.
I have checked a similar issue JSD-1534, and this is definately a Variation of it.
This is the Problem description:
- Customer tries to create an new Login account
- Password is rejected
- Customer uses a different password
- Account is successfully created
- Customer goes to "Profile Setting", and changed the Password to the one that was rejected in the first place.
- Password is accepted.
Could you please check asap? It sounds like a Variation of the similar bug.
