Email notifications do not properly display inline image

Summary

When an image is attached to the Description during issue creation, the email notification is showing below error for the attachment:

Unable to render embedded object: File (Screenshot from image.png) not found.

Steps to reproduce

1. SD customer sends an email with an inline image in the email body to Service Desk
2. SD customer will receive an email notification as below:

Expected Results

The image is showing properly in the email notification

Actual Results

Error below is showing in the email notification:
