Request type Help and instructions cannot be saved

      Summary

      Help and Instructions in the request type cannot be saved. New request type will have empty Help and Instructions and available values cannot be changed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the Request Type section in project configuration. Select Edit Fields
      2. Edit the value for Help and Instructions

      Expected Results

      New value saved

      Actual Results

      New value not saved
      Console showing a 404 error

      Workaround

      No workarounds at the moment
