Summary

The panel text is not being rendered correctly in Customer Portal when added in request Description or Comment. It works fine when viewing the request in JIRA.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a code panel to a request Description and Comment

   {code}{code}

2. View the request via Customer Portal
3. View the request via JIRA

Expected Results

The code panel should be rendered correctly with syntax highlighting and scrollbars

Actual Results

The code panel is not rendered correctly in Customer Portal
