On JIRA Service Desk, when accessing the Customers section, the sections doesn't load.

500 Internal Server Error

Browser Console reports an error similar to this one:

GET https://instance.atlassian.net/rest/servicedesk/1/pages/people/collaborators/DSD [HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error 491 ms]

Fix / Workaround:
The fix will be released on Monday August 24th.
To have the fix applied on your instance before, get in touch with Cloud Support and please provide a timeframe for a 20 minutes restart.
