Issue deleted error when attempting to open Service Desk ticket from Service Desk Agent portal

      When attempting to view an issue from a Service Desk, an error dialgue is displayed indicated the issue does not exist or it may have been deleted.

      Issue Does Not Exist
      The issue you are trying to view does not exist. Perhaps it has been deleted?
      

      Steps to replicate:

      1. As an agent, view an issue from the Service Desk queue.
      2. Click on the issue key link

      Expected result:

      1. Full ticket view should display

      Actual result:

      1. Full ticket view does not open
      2. Instead a dialog with an error message about issue not existing shows up.

      Notes:

      Looking at the JIRA database, the issue does exist.
      When the issue key link is clicked on the following error is seen in the developer console of the browser
