Summary

Public Sign Up is not available in the customer portal login page

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Public signup
2. Set Anyone can sign up for a customer account on my Customer Portal.

Expected results

• User should be able to create his own user via a "Sign up" link

Actual results

• User doesn't have a link for signing up.
