Translated issue type is not displaying correctly when creating a new request type

      Summary

      When creating a new request type, the suggested issue type is not displaying as per translated in the issue type page.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to https://instance_name.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewTranslations!default.jspa?issueConstantType=issuetype
      2. Translate the issue types to a new language (e.g: Fault translated to Faute in French) and Update
      3. Go to user profile and change the language to Franch
      4. Go to a Service Desk project and go to request type page
      5. Create a new request type and observe that Faute issue type is still displaying as Fault

      Expected behavior

      The Fault issue type in the suggestion should be translated to Faute

      Actual behavior

      In the issue type suggestion, the Faute issue type is still in English but after request type is created, it changed to Faute:
