Summary

Users are unable to edit Avatar within their JIRA Service Desk User Profile page /servicedesk/customer/user/profile

Environment

• JIRA Cloud v1000.769.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to JIRA
2. Select Profile Option - https://<instance name>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/profile
3. Click Edit account details
4. Click on the Avatar

Expected Results

Brings up a pop up to upload a new image for avatar

Actual Results

Nothing happens.
Note: Gravatar option is disabled.

Workaround

Update Avatar via https://<instance name>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa
N.B. This workaround only works for users with Atlassian accounts. Portal-only customers cannot change their avatars.
