Email icon for custom email on a request type dissapeared

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create custom email channel
      2. Go to request type
      3. See that there is EMAIL icon next to selected request type
      4. Refresh page
        Expected result: EMAIL icon is still in place
        Actual result: EMAIL icon is disappeared
        Also, if I tried to delete the request type, server hangs
