      Summary
When a request type group is deleted, the request types within that group should be hidden when searching in the portal. These are hidden from searching in the project's portal as expected, but not when searching in the shared customer portal.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new Service Desk project
      2. Delete the 'General' request type group, which should hide all of the request types in that group in the Customer Portal
      3. Navigate to the Customer Portal for that project
      4. Search for 'emp', notice that no results are found matching this request type and project
      5. Navigate to the shared portal Help Center
      6. Search for 'emp', notice that request types within the deleted group from the project are appearing, e.g. "Employee exit"

      Expected Results

Request types from the group that was deleted should not appear in the shared portal Help Center search.

      Actual Results

Request types that should be hidden are appearing in the search results.
