Description
Summary
If there's no Request Type in a project with Summary and Description field. Email Channel can't be turned ON.
Also, if there is another field that is Required
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a service desk project
- Hide Description on all the request type for the project
- Turn ON email Channel
Expected Results
- Previously, the error message will show a helpful message if there's no suitable request type for the email channel
Actual Results
- Error message shown is not helpful to advise the user that there's no suitable request type for the email channel
The default email account cannot be used because the inbox for it cannot be creted. Please refresh the page an if the issue persists, raise a ticket at support.atlassian.com
