Remove the line from all the notifications email

      Problem Definition

      All notifications email has a line and the sentence "Reply above this line" for users to reply above the line

      Suggested Solution

      An option to remove the line

      Workaround

      As a workaround, it is possible to hide the line through CSS:

      1. Go to Project settings > Customer Notifications
      2. Click on Edit templates button
      3. Switch to CSS tab and apply: 
        .jsd-reply-marker {
       display:none
}

      The limitation here is the line will still be in the email preview.
