Authentication Failure Message for Incoming Mail Setup

      Summary

      Currently there is no authentication failure notification / warning if the credentials are incorrect. 

      Environment

      JIRA Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JSD project
      2. Setup a custom email address under Email Requests Section
      3. Change the password of the Email account setup in Step 2

      Expected Results

      JIRA notifies the administrator that there is a authentication problem 

      Actual Results

      No notification in JIRA UI in the Email Requests Section.

      This information can viewed in the Service Desk Mail Logs and it would be more useful if this was displayed in the Email Requests section in the Service Desk Project 

      Notes

      JIRA logs will have a message like this 

      2017-03-22 04:05:09.504876500 2017-03-22 04:05:09,504 Caesium-1-4 ERROR ServiceRunner     [c.a.m.incoming.jepp.puller] Messaging Error when MailPullerWorker pulls emails from xxxxx@xxxx.com : [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] (#MBR1212) Incorrect username or password.

      Workaround

      Enter the correct credentials for the custom email account.
