      Problem Description

The fields "Organizations" and "Request participants" are not translated to Portuguese (Brazil) and a few other non-english languages when you change JSD interface to these language.

      Suggested Resolution

It would be good to have this field translated as well in the next versions of JSD Cloud and Server

      Why this is important?

It is an issue as the translation is not complete and brings a problem understanding it fully.

            PCS-306246 affected as well

hardcoded, locked system fields and customers will have to live with foreign artifacts and a partially translated service desk.

We are working with global enterprises and this is simply not acceptable especially given the backlog time of the linked requests - open since 2017 and not even one of these fields (apart from many other JSM specific ones like Request Type, Request language, Satisfaction, Satisfaction date etc. ) is translatable?

Please make sure to expedite this, in Switzerland alone we expect to cover at least 3 languages as official state languages and not everyone speaks English all over the world.

Would love to see this fixed in the very near future. It really isn't supporting mulit-languages with these fields being stuck to one language..
