      Problem Description

      Allow to manage announcements through the REST API

      Suggested Resolution

      There isn't a resource to manage the announcements on the portals. It would be nice to have one. This feature would allow us to communicate to our clients more easily and to automate some system status.

      This would imply creating a resource on the REST API of the JIRA Service Management.

      Why this is important?

      This would ease up the creation of resource on the REST API for Jira Service Management.
