Problem Definition
Advanced Service desk managers would like to have a better control on how organizations are being operated
Suggested Solution
Provide a Webhook trigger to be fired when any changes are performed within organizations (user removed or added from it, for example).
Workaround
Right now don't have any, as there are also no API calls to create a script to that.
