Display the Organization field in a regular Create Screen (not Portal)

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Summary

      Organizations can be placed in screens in JIRA. However, the field will not appear when issue is created via JIRA (internally). The field does appear when editing the issue though

      Suggestion

      Since it's appearing in the Edit screen, allow it to appear in the Create screen as well
