Improve Automation User selection

      Summary

      When selecting/changing the user an automation will run as, only the Full Name is displayed. This is slightly confusing without any other reference to the user

      Suggestion

      Display the email address or username along with it. For example, assigning users to roles is fine. However, note that for JIRA 7, even this page needs improvement as it truncates user information. 2 users with same full name and similar email address would be indistinguishable (JRA-63600)
