Steps to Reproduce
- Install JIRA Service Desk
- Install Confluence 6.0.2
- Connect Confluence + JIRA SD
- Create KB in non-latin characters
- Open a customer portal and try to find a non-Latin words
Expected Results
The JIRA Service desk need to find items that are transferred to these words or labels in knowledge base Confluence.
Actual Results
JIRA service desk in customer portal don't find non-latin label name and content in knowledge base Confluence.
Notes
JIRA service desk in customer portal don't find non-latin label name and content in knowledge base Confluence.
For example there is an article contains the text "test тест δοκιμή Prüfvorschrift specifikace спецификация není Latin", the fat in the confluence find only words consisting entirely of the Latin letters (spetsifikatse, test, Latin), and the words "тест δοκιμή Prüfvorschrift спецификация není" will not be found.
But search directly from the confluence is working properly, and all of the search words work.
