Hi All,
We are a tech support provider company, we have more the 200 customer with us, for each customer we have a different project to be able to track there issues and support requests.
We mostly get tickets from them via E-mail. My suggestion is to add a email handler in JIRA SD, so that we only have one incoming & Outgoing email address setup in SD. it should sort the email with the list of customer in the project.
