    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

We've got multiple small projects, each having it's own list of customers. There are many groups of projects with same character, therefore they have got same request types configuration.

We would like to have ability to define request type scheme, and share it for multiple projects. Same as Issue Type Scheme, Screen Schemes,...

However, some projects are isolated. And, their PM would like to have an access to the request type configuration.

Therefore I suggest, that it would be possible to define request type scheme, which would work in two modes:

      • project local request type scheme - users with permission to administer project (project manager, project administrator) should be able to modify the request type scheme
      • shared request type scheme - only JIRA administrators have the ability to modify these request type scheme
